Please if you need to cancel your appointment to do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to prevent a 50% cancellations fee. No call No shows will also be charged 50% of the service fee.All clients will have a 10 minute grace period and after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled.You will also have to pay another deposit to rebook, all deposits are non transferable and non refundable. I understand life happens so please let me know in advance if you can’t make it to your appointment to avoid being charged. If you no call no show 2x you will be banned from booking. Thank you again.
